Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Curated Nest, we believe every object tells a story—and we want that story to reach you safely. Because our products range from fragile handcrafted pottery to upcycled textiles, we take extra care in our transit process.

1. Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days.

Handmade Nature: Please note that since our items are artisanal, slight delays may occur during peak seasons or collection launches.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

Fragile Handling: A small handling fee is included in the shipping of Blue Pottery to ensure we use premium, shock-resistant packaging to protect your art pieces

3. Safe Delivery (Blue Pottery)

We understand the delicate nature of Jaipur Blue Pottery. All plates are shipped with multi-layered protective wrap.

Damaged in Transit: In the rare event that your plate arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us at @thecuratednest.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund for your 1-of-1 piece.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link to follow your nest’s journey to your home.
