Refund & Returns Policy

At The Curated Nest, we curate unique, artisanal pieces that are often one-of-a-kind. Because our products are handcrafted or made from upcycled materials, they carry the "marks of the maker," which are not defects but a testament to their authenticity.

1. General Return Policy

• Artisanal & Upcycled Goods: Due to the 1-of-1 nature of our  product, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind".

• Handmade Variations: Slight variations in color, print alignment, or fabric weave are expected in Bagru hand-block printing and Blue Pottery. These are not eligible for returns.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• The Unboxing Rule: To protect both the customer and the artisan, we require a continuous unboxing video for all fragile items (specifically Blue Pottery).

• Reporting Period: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong design, please email us at @thecuratednest.in or DM us on Instagram within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video attached.

• Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will offer a full refund or a store credit. Since our pieces are 1-of-1, a direct replacement of the exact same design may not always be possible.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order is with our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
